Shipping Policy

At Captain Shroomz LLC, we want our shipping expectations, product handling guidelines, and safety information to be clear before you place an order. Please review the information below so you know what to expect when your order is prepared, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Chocolate orders ship via 2-Day Express to all 50 states, with next-day delivery available depending on location.

Estimated delivery times may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we may contact you using the email address associated with your purchase.

Chocolate Shipping & Ice Packs

Captain Shroomz chocolate products are shipped with ice packs to help reduce heat exposure and protect the product during transit.

Ice packs can help limit softening and melting, but they cannot completely eliminate the effects of high temperatures. We therefore cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive completely unaffected by heat.

If your chocolate arrives softened, follow the handling instructions included with your shipment before opening or consuming the product.

Warm Weather & Heat Protection

During the summer months and periods of high temperatures, chocolate products may be especially vulnerable to heat while in transit.

Captain Shroomz cannot guarantee that chocolate shipments will arrive completely unaffected by heat, even when cooling materials are included. Customers are strongly encouraged to add an Insulated Shipping Kit and select an expedited shipping option during warmer weather.

Temperatures and shipping conditions after an order leaves our facility may be outside of Captain Shroomz LLC’s control.

Insulated Shipping Kit

Customers may add an Insulated Shipping Box + Ice Pack to their order for additional protection against heat during transit.

The insulated shipping kit is designed to help reduce temperature exposure, but it does not guarantee that chocolate will remain completely unmelted. During periods of hot weather, we strongly recommend combining the insulated shipping kit with an expedited shipping option.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Holidays, high order volume, severe weather, carrier delays, service interruptions, and other circumstances may affect the time it takes for an order to arrive.

If Captain Shroomz becomes aware of a meaningful delay affecting your shipment, we may contact you using the email address provided with your order.
